Privacy Policy

Applies to: dgproseo.com
Governing law: Wyoming, United States

What DgproSEO collects when you visit our site or hire us for SEO, and what we do with it.

1. Who We Are

DgproSEO is a U.S.-based SEO agency in Wyoming. This policy covers personal information we handle through https://dgproseo.com, our emails and calls, and our client work.

When we work inside a client’s own systems, that client controls the data and their privacy policy applies to it, not ours.

2. What We Collect

  • Contact details you give us, including name, email, phone, company, and anything you write in a form or email.
  • Business information you share while we scope work — your goals, industry, competitors, and current marketing setup.
  • Billing records, including services purchased, invoices, and payment history. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never store them.
  • Website activity collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps.

We don’t collect biometric data, precise location, or government ID numbers.

3. How We Use It

  • Answer inquiries, prepare audits and proposals, and deliver the services you hired us for
  • Send invoices, reports, and campaign updates
  • Send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Measure and improve our website and marketing
  • Prevent spam and fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations

We don’t use your information to train AI models.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar tags for three things: making the site work, measuring traffic, and measuring ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and treat it as an opt-out of sharing your information for advertising.

5. Access to Your Accounts

SEO work usually requires access to systems you own, including your CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or ad accounts.

  • We request the lowest level of access that lets us do the work, and use delegated user access instead of shared passwords wherever possible.
  • Any credentials you share are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in plain email or chat.
  • We use that access only to perform your services. We don’t extract your customer lists or use your data for another client.
  • Within 30 days of the engagement ending, we remove our access and delete stored credentials.

6. Who We Share it With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our operations, such as hosting, email, CRM, analytics, scheduling, accounting, and payment processing
  • SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush used to research and audit sites
  • Subcontractors, including writers, developers, and specialists working under confidentiality agreements
  • Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • A buyer, if our business is ever sold or merged

7. Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as we need it: lead records for about 24 months after your last contact, client records for the engagement plus 3 years, and invoices and tax records for 7 years as U.S. law requires. After that we delete or de-identify it.

We protect it with encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication, an encrypted password manager, and access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information we’ll notify you as required by law.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others with comprehensive privacy laws, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete it, subject to legal exceptions
  • Send you a copy in a portable format
  • Opt out of sharing your information for targeted advertising

Email (PRIVACY EMAIL) with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We’ll verify your identity, respond within 45 days, and charge nothing. You’ll get the same service and pricing either way. If we decline, you can appeal by replying “Appeal,” and you can complain to your state attorney general.

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes and Contact

We’ll update this page as our tools or the law change. If a change materially affects you, we’ll post a notice or email you.
